This is all aged debt converting and if some were reassigned, there is no tacking to them so there is no holding rule that applies here. It is not a problem that the O/S and Float are about the same. I am expecting the O/S to be about 55MM higher by the end of this week.

MDNT is nowhere close to 'capitulating' -- we have more diluting monkey MMs here, selling, naked shorting and pressuring the stock in a very shameful way.

Looking at L2 today, I am watching MM PUMA and BKRT on bid. They are the ones to watch from this point forward.
