what would be the reason for not having a single person come forward and be a lead plaintiff? Does their lawsuit fall off and Rosen's goes forward?

the law firms are competing with each other to become the certified firm. once a judge certifies the class, there will be only one suit and one class. they will all join together, but right now the law firms are competing to see which one will be the lead.
