Let me ask a couple questions:
Lets say that PHOT files the "211" sometime in the near future like you think.
1. Just because they file the "211" is NOT a guarantee that they
will obtain a MM, Correct?
2. Why would they have NOT already filed the "211"? Are there
certain requirements or lack there of, that have delayed the filing of the "211"?
