He apparently had to take this information to the Middle East.

He'll be begging for a partner and will offer a better deal than he should have to, I think.

There is going to be some severe dilution unless Briscoe all of a sudden becomes a better negotiator than he has shown in the past.

A profit sharing rather than an ownership stake would reduce the need for so much dilution.
