You were right about the dilution but I do think they are a mining compnay. They bought land built up value that was on the land with predictions of gold then sold it for a profit. For a real estate standpoint that is extremely smart to do and take the profits while you can. Clearly the geologist that researched these lands had to state that it wasn't worth drilling and to just sell them for profit. Makes the company and financials look stronger.
