It was previously stated by someone at Anderson that the nano part of the equation has been in use for a while with many researches using it. It's already proven to be non-invasive / non-toxic. The magnetics are very low strength with no radiation, unlike MRI which will rip metal out of your body like a bullet. Once they determine suitability of the MRX machine, the FDA part should be a piece of cake. If I remember the statement correctly, nothing poses any risk or side effects. Procedures have to be developed, refined and standardized for the education of the Oncologists that will use it. If it is good for any one cancer type, it is good to go. Multiple cancer detection techniques only addd to the merchantability / cost justifications for acquiring a machine. I think the serious hurdles have been surmounted. MHTX should be planning mass production / deployment, if they aren't already.
