$FSPM saw its first 100k volume trading day on November 1st 2012. Since then they've been in the spotlight of thriving "P*T stocks" It has had MANY reports out since then none of which had any previous questioning...this is the first one of question which is being reviewed and to this point has not seen anything detrimental to its day to day business.

The SEC will determine IF any numbers need to be adjusted and will reply according during the investigation...so far nothing as been adjusted or said and it has been almost a month since the initial announcement of suspension of trading or halt Along with Gr*wlife and other P*T stocks this is seemingly a witch hunt.

Give me a BREAK if anyone is seriously going to question the UNDERVALUATION of FSPM under 2.50 a share then I'll buy ALL of your shares...all of us here will...

whatever is in "question" here will subside into something correctable or nothing at all and the stock will recover.

Heres a little more DD from someone who really knows what they're doing...

$FSPM has encountered the following chart pattern as shown by "Candlesticker" and "AmericanBulls"

This pattern appears in a downtrend and consists of a black candlestick and a white candlestick in which the white candlestick opens above the preceding day’s close and closes above its open. The pattern looks similar to the Bullish Harami pattern. The only difference is that the second day closes higher, which stops the engulfing of the white body by the preceding black body.

I called them and asked a few questions for some extra DD.
1)"Their operations continue as normal."
2)There financial numbers and orders for the second quarter as mentioned on the last one haven't changed.
they could not comment on the "halt" but things are running normally.
I would suggest if you are interested in investing in this or any stock company to call them and find out as much as you can...
As stated before we will continue to purchase shares in $FSPM as it doesn't take a scientist to see the current PPS is UNDERVALUED

I will warn you though I would not short here because although you may earn a few cents you will be chasing our dollars right up through the 1's because there is obviously a witch hunt going on and we won't be burned at the stake with you

Here is why its time to BUY FSPM

I have added FSPM to my P*T Stock portfolio and heres why. Since the "halt" took effect, I dove into doing some major DD on this company, as I usually do before taking a position. After weeks of research and reading the last financial report I have come to a conclusion that a fair PPS at its current standing as a company is 2.50 (low) to 3.00 (high) or roughly a 25-30million market cap (respectfully). FSPM generated revenue of $305,000 for the quarter ending March 31, 2014. This company sold 10 pharm pods (which range from 25-50k a piece! They also Retired all of our outstanding debt
Yes, I do realize they were halted and raided by the FBI, HOWEVER so are ALOT of P*T stock companies until we can finally and officially turn the page on legalizing MJ on a national level. Nothing has been found of interest and everyone is innocent until proven guilty and I believe CEO Scott Dittman will move forward from this. The share price of any penny stock after being halted and sent to the "Grey Market" will take a beating. However my investment group and I see the 0.60-1.00 range as an INCREDIBLE opportunity to be able to capitalize on your investment in FSPM I loaded around 15k shares yesterday which was VERY difficult (but satisfying) and my team and I will continue to try to load all week with as much volume as it will let us. We hope all that are in this stock or reading this will garnish the opportunity to buy FSPM at these prices as well.
