If I may, I'd like to claim a small bit of the credit for the FDA investigation of SKTO. I placed calls and emails to people I know in the FDA back in September on the illegal claims SKTO was making about the alleged "products". I made sure the right folks were cc:'ed on the communications to make sure that they were acted on (which they were). And thus Jeff Benz's disclaimer on the recent CC was born.
