I find that hard to understand.

How would they structure the NDA, their relationship,
if Trans Canada was the telling factor ?

" we are prepared to do x y z ...but then anything further
is subject to TC "?

This makes the individual NDA;s pretty pointless surely ?

why bother starting the NDA?
