I spoke to investor relations today (forgot her name) and I asked if there was any discussion amongst themselves about how to stop the dilution. I told them it was wrong to use MDNT shareholders as a limitless ATM. I was told basically that was their only source of money as they have not found investors yet.

I told them the right thing to do after they get the Yellow proceeds is to pay back the shareholders buy buying back shares to make up for using us as an ATM machine. I was told they are discussing some of these things, buyback/reverse or whatever and are trying to find alternate ways to get money outside of further dilution.

Let's see where this goes.
