The Company has completed the construction of its initial building for the aquaculture farm in Indiana. The Company expects to begin installing insulation in the building in the next 2-3 weeks and expects the initial tanks will be installed and up and running in June. This building is intended to allow the company to test different tank and filter set-ups and to test raising different types of fish in a controlled environment. Once the facility is up and running, the Company is exploring installing a web camera to allow shareholders to view the tank. (Dated May 6,2014)
