These steps will be undertaken to legalize the Contract in compliance with Peruvian and Chilean mining laws.

They accepted a JV without performing due diligence. There is no timeline for exploration or development responsibilities of the respective partners and it appears a lot of lawyers will be involved to make sure everything complies with the mining laws of two sovereign nations.
