Think about this:
If the company was going to dilute all the way to 1B shares, wouldn't they want the PPS to be as high as possible before diluting the heck out of it? So either this is a legit company and big things are coming without dilution, or huge fluffy PR's are going to come out over the next 10 days before dilution occurs. Either way, the PPS is going to go up over the next week or so. Today was nothing but a large group of shorts attacking traders who were sitting on 500% profits. Look for this to make a large move to the .03 - .10 range before all is said and done.
