The SEC won't provide any information - but they have a new directive concerning Microcaps and the "gatekeepers".

The principal goal of the Task Force will be to develop and implement long-term strategies for detecting and combating fraud in the microcap market, especially by targeting "gatekeepers," such as attorneys, auditors, broker-dealers, and transfer agents, and other significant participants, such as stock promoters and purveyors of shell companies.

Benz has been the face of the company - he has been the only one of the insiders to communicate with shareholders.

He has produced such gems of wisdom as SKTO can't collect the AR until Pharmajanes is live - so either he is dumb as a rock or he was being untruthful and ignorance of the law isn't a defense especially from a attorney.

I loved how he rolled over when Crystal Falls threatened him with a lawsuit and gave them 178,500,000 shares of SKTO stock for a $4000 note.

The list is endless - from giving shareholders investment advice via emails or telling them the dividend would be available last June.

My hope is that the SEC gets a detailed reported of all that has transpired under benz - I have a good idea they just might get the full monty on benzy boi.
