Bob May has always come across as a straight shooter through his actions until recently. First sign of investor activism and he quickly puts the retail shareholder in their place.

This deal is smelly, regardless of uplist intentions. My biggest complaint is the price of the dilutive shares, especially in light of the mysterious dumper that always seems to pop up (& particularly when the company recently had obvious momentum).
