Good recall on the term - the "definitive agreement" is what led me to pick up more in December around $0.03. It was a bit of a gamble at the time but it has worked out good so far.

Recent thought: There have been some things over the past few years which were not followed through on (though there still is time for some):

* ABC Nightline feature (not SLTD's fault if ABC balked). This perhaps is the only one which really is completely out-of-play at this time though some footage certainly may crop-up if this company really takes off.

* Pilot project on the East Coast to assess the efficiency of the panels - New Hampshire or Rhode Island or similar - maybe that is what the pilot production panels will go though it certainly would make more sense to do it in California by SunWorks, etc. Especially if they actually are produced in the Winter months.

* Integration of cells into root shingles (Redwood Renewables or similar)

Overall, Jim and SLTD have really been following through lately which perhaps means their goals are a bit more realistic.

Lastly - "props" to whomever recently praised the technical team at SLTD whom often doesn't get the recognition on this board that they deserve . . .
