Keep in mind that the guys that run this ship are old and probably want to retire, MDMN has been around since 1989. I am sure there is a big payday coming and I would bet that Volcan is the most likely candidate since Jose R. de Romana Letts held a senior management position there and recently retired from that company.

Based on research and potential valuation we could easily see .70c-$1.00 a share short term, maybe even as much as $1.20 or more...

Potentially, 3.75 million ounces of gold at $1260 per ounce= $4.73b in gold value.

Divide that by the total shares of roughly 1.3 billion shares outstanding gives you a value of $3.63 a share in gold. Subtract that from the cost to pull the gold out and process it. Let's say half that you get $1.82 a share. That does not include all the other metal values the property holds.

Remember 350 million shares are going to get converted at .10c if they haven't been converted already. So 350m+968m=1.318b shares outstanding.

Call me crazy but I am sure gold will continue to rise over the next several years therefore a buyout of between .70c and $1.20 a share is not outlandish. At $1.20 the buyout would be $1.56b. A bargain IMHO.
