The Web Site Updated is one step closer in the buyout process.
The Web Site shows the Assets of JPHC and is an Asset to the buyer. It is worth Money. Everything has to start new for the new buyer.
That is why IMO you see all the debts being paid off on JPHC by management. Everything is brought up to date for the new buyer no strings attatched.
Its all a legal process in buyouts and mergeres.
Plus some people I talked to familar with these dealings informed me that this was a Very important part to get done. Get my drift.
