The Debtors also identified CCP ORMT Acquisition, LLC (the “Stalking Horse
Bidder”) as initially submitting the highest and otherwise best bid for certain of the Debtors’
assets, including the property, plant and equipment at the Debtors’ facility in Hannibal, Ohio (the
“Assets”) as further detailed in the asset purchase agreement attached hereto as Exhibit C (the
