I believe they will get both production and cultivation permits. But if for some reason they don't, we are talking about growing in the desert. Water is at a premium here. Lake Mead is only a year away from being at its lowest level ever (Minus 40 feet). Terra Tech will make a killing just on selling their equipment which uses up to 95% less water. Like Mark Twain said "a gold rush is a good time to be in the pick and shovel business". Add in growing and cultivating and its good times ahead!
