The Institutions are buying INO like its going out of style. This is the reason why INO did the R/S because most of these huge investment bankers consider any stock trading under $5.00 as a penny stock. I bet my bottom dollar that INO was approached by them based on that scenario. I mean look how it traded after the R/S. This baby is being bought this way because INO has the goods. I'm not buying just holding for $100
