TY and your comment is to my point. FK made a point of saying 1 for 100 WNTR common shares but who knows until we see it. We don't know what $ were invested in or by the current 6 companies listed. We don't know if the $10M commitment will be completed prior to June 30th and what it will be used for. FK has said no R/S prior to June 30th but that only gets us to the end of the month and I don't like how he was so specific about that date (why not say 2014 or until after the Fund launches?). We don't have the definition of what a "complete" Green fund is. We don't know when or even if the Green Fund will launch and at what value but the shares at distribution are guaranteed to have a different price at fund launch..wanna bet it is higher? I don't until I see the big MJ names on this fund. FK is good at spinning out these PRs but way short on details necessary to value anything.
