Don, that is exactly my point too.
1. If it struggles to cross and stay over .02 then......
2. It briefly hit .025 only to be pulled back all the way to .015
3. Something is not right here, what I mean is, my biggest question is WHO OR WHAT SELLING ON THAT BID? Their official share structure is somewhat limited for this kind of crap taking place for an extended period of time.
I fear either dilution is taking place and the biggest problem with a non-reporting entity like ORFG, they don't have to file and inform shareholders about those events including dilution, they simply put common shareholders in front of the fact

or boiler room shorting, but shorting entities don't bring share price down by dumping millions every week, they use small orchestrated batches and rules on shorting in Pinks are very strict.

Other arguments on "whacking the bid", "loading", flipping" don't hold a water, you don't whack a bid with millions of shares............

And if ORFG makes out off those clutches and the crucial point is .031 (according to a stats analysis), this thing is going to run and run hard, but getting out of that dumper zone is a problem, something or somebody holding it there and holding it hard.

The deafening silence from the company doesn't help either, non-reporting companies silent when they are diluting and that is a well-proven pattern again and again.
Just my two cents.
