Q. What is the difference between Class A and Class B stock?A. TheCompany has two classes of stock: Class A Common Stock and Class BConvertible Common Stock.
Class B Convertible Common Stock shares areconvertible into shares of Class A Common Stock on a one-to-one basis atany time at the option of the holder.
Holders of Class B ConvertibleCommon Stock are entitled to ten votes per share. Holders of Class ACommon Stock are entitled to only one vote per share but are entitled toa cash dividend premium.
