Of at least ($10 million) and when filled back from negative it will be a positive!!!

The 35,844 was positive until fair market vaue and became (35,844)

So the Exercised warrants are initially (10-12 million) and when put to fair value will be POSITIVE $10-12 million JUST LIKE I STATED!!
