Pick; absolutely agree that hype, future capability, and good-will no longer inspires people - and doesn't put cash in the coffers either.

MBA 101 taught me that major players in every vertical market have one component in common. They were making money before they opened up their doors to public ownership and that's why their share prices went up. To do so before hand isn't a death nail, it just takes longer s I'm still strong on NEOM, I think it will sail, but not any time soon. JMHO.
