It's a hero or zero play left, with talk lately of a shareholder committee and possible class action up to and including g a BK Trustee attorney that gave a large shareholder here, either "non public material information" or purposeful false information/lied.
Both punishable by the minimum, disbarment, & up to and including negligence, damages and imprisonment with Bernie at the Madoff suite near a federal penitentiary near you.
In fact I think a letter is in order to go to the residing BK judge overseeing the case any day now.
If you'd like to be added to the list of shareholders seeking a fair and reasonable resolution to, A) our bank being seized proactively for a job kickback by the acting director of the OTS, at the time. B) the Judge overseeing the initial case having a conflict of interest and having worked at the legal arm of the bank our assets were gifted to( by the way the same legal arm that provided an opportunistic job for the acting director of the OTS). C) an insider shorting the bank stock on information the bank was going to be seized. We don't know the person that was the insider, but she was married to the acting director of the OTS at the time and her name was Monica. Who said that?
