Excerpt from email I received from pumps and dumps:

Now I have zero knowledge of the accuracy of the statement. It could be more manipulators doing to that symbol what was done to TRTC. BUT, more drama in the sector. I had a small buy order in for a lower than ask on that symbol. In an abundance of caution, I just cancelled my buy order. Instead I will keep my powder dry for opportunities. I already added 20% more TRTC on this mornings dip.
