I agree that news trumps charts.
charts only represent/translate into chart form what the fundamentals are and sort of give us an inclination where things might go. (in my novice opinion)
it would be nice if they announce tomorrow the new ticker with indication that the audited financials will be put out on Friday of this week.
then it would save the chart from going further south than the 200SMA on the daily chart, and would probably start to slowly but surely go up with a huge rocket launch on Friday.
Yes all this is my dreamy speculation.
