To me it doesn't matter what anyone says good or negative. What matters is that the company has this big suit. If their case is a strong one then they should be looking to get the most money that they can. Settling out of court might not be in their best interest unless the offer is substantial. Hopefully they get everything they're asking for out of court. A jury may award them more than they're asking for so SPDC may want to settle. Minimum out of court if they go that way I hope is at least 40mil. SDVI can go places quickly with that kind of money. A huge and an immediate share buy should happen. I bet we see pennies right away. I'm holding on to my over 7 milly. It's all a waiting game here. That next news SDVI Puts out hopefully will be about them winning. They win we win.
