Well it will take the PPS to %18.58 since your mistake to be neutral!!

There will be a NET positive of $10-12 million if PPS stays at $15.58 on June 30, 2014!!

All I was saying to get a negative fair value the PPS has to be $18.58 or more!!

We do not have 5.5 million warrant shares we only have 4 million now!!

So the 4 million shares have to go to $18.58 in order to have a negative impact of Fair value for the difference of the 1.5 million shares!!
