Kahuna,
I have shares with Scottrade and TDAmeritrade. I received the certificates together two weeks ago. They were sent USPS and had to be signed for. I was not home when the mailman tried to deliver and received a notice to pick it up at the post office. I have my doubts as to whether they will be worth anything in six months but I received mine and they look the same as the pictures posted.
