Actually, I'll answer one of your totally irrelevant question regarding the CDEx.

Wrong quickdraw, I have, and my educated guess is that you have not.

I was involved in the assembly of the Keck II Telescope on top of Mauna Kea on the big island of Hawaii. It had the largest mirror array of its time. The Keck II together with the Keck I made it possible to use interferometery when viewing the heavens. The Keck telescope was used to view the location of the missing heat sheild tiles on the space shuttle as it passed in view.

I am an expert at what I do.
