The volume is not low and if it was low it would because there aren't enough motivated sellers and buyers at the current price. With a stock like SFRX where just $10,000 can make a huge dent in the share volume, it isn't hard to see why and how the pps can easily move up/down....

As for investor relations - what do you want to hear from the company? That the "supposed" permit is coming this week, next week...? They will communicate this to the public when it is done. Before that, nothing can be said publicly. I want to hear it myself, having suffered through "next weeK' syndrome for almost 9 months now on this deal.

Right now this company trades on pure speculation so it is suspect to violent swings. If we do get a permit on the Concepcion site like many of us think we will get, all of us who are shareholders will be very, very happy for holding.
