I agree with you on what you stated about the SEC, the problem they are going to have is once this industry really takes off it will be a little tougher for them to step in like they do today. The SEC involvement is all political IMO. Therefore right now is the perfect time to be adding shares across all of the well known MMJ plays and if you have the opportunity to make a few bucks or flip the stock, I say why not... it is not like this is going to take off to the moon tomorrow. The trading pattern on this stock is so predictable, I do not even have to see charts :) I do feel those that are holding long and strong will see major profits in the future, but they will need to be patient. Because like you said I see many more Christmas's coming :)
