A 10% Cumulative Dividend!!!! Yikes

I agree with Big T, that a 1% dilution doesn't worry me. I thought CXO'S numbers where much higher.

If it pays the bills and allows for the smooth running of day to day operations--that's like the cheapest way to run the railroad.

My concern is who sets and sells these shares? The company's attorney-Dick Sullivan, JG, a stockbroker?

Note to Dick...if these shares have a cummulative dividend--they should sell at rates higher than the marketprice of the common shares.

My appreciation is growing for the "Moneyman"--who I thought was a bit generous in his/her efforts to assist TOVC.

Where can I sign up for securities sold at market-place prices that offer a significant cummulative dividend? Why would I purchase common shares @~$2.00 a share.

Way to go MoneyMan--your newest fan...
