The investigation concerns whether Idenix’s board of directors failed to adequately shop the Company and obtain the best possible value for Idenix’s shareholders before entering into an agreement with Merck.

** By golly - a lawsuit because people feel that they didn't get proper value. Now there's a group that didn't just "take it" !!!
