When a suspension happens ALL MARKET MAKERS SHOULD/MUST disclose there positions in that stock.................... Then you will find the culprit..... I do agree that all companies are not created equally.

None the less ALL POSITIONS AT THE SOURCE SHOULD BE DISCLOSED TO THE INVESTING PUBLIC BY LAW..............................
