Hello and a good morning to you. Re SMVR
There are no convertible debentures at all, There is no form of financing at all.
We have no control over the share price, it is a free market. We have not sold any ourselves , Previous to our taking over the company, there were shareholders already in place, the shares had no value at all and the trading was non existatnt, now, a few short months after , there is tradings and also a good volumes some days.

All capital expenditures are being paid out by myself from our private funds and from The Sanday Corporation funds where applicable.

Indigo Finch and Mr. Marcel de Rushe ( Fund Manager) are handling the CFG raise and it is ongoing , preparations have been made and presentations are going to be conducted soon. Again all expenses for this are being paid out from The Sanday Corporation funds, these things do not happen overnight , not do they happen for free.
Several inquiries have been received for investment into that fund, as soon as we have some definite news on that it will be released.
