To be honest, it can be any time. I've been in this stock for a couple of its huge runs and it tends to take off out of no where. This has taken off before without even a PR, it's very random. The only way to play it and catch the run is to buy shares and wait for it. This seems to be a good entry point from the previous run's I've been in so I've loaded some 5's and trying to double my position at the 4's.
