Jimmy Joe.. I am not hung up on this case. I am just presenting the facts from the court. You I think are confused with the technology involved. The AVGI case is about the ssDNA technology and if CYGX can provide the ssDNA required by the court. This might be the real reason for the appeal.
The synDNA is not the technology involved in the AVGI case; synDNA is why the share price is over a buck; ssDNA is still in pre clinical trials. (10 years)
