A Friend of mine is a close friend of Tom Parilla. He warned me since SEC suspended that this guy is not a good/honest guy from the start. His actions were always against what he said. Now, he posted up a PR saying the new shares of new company? anyone still buying? he is doing whatever he can to avoid jail, stating the cancellation of LoI from other companies. He is a fraud. Good luck guys. for me, i sold. 8000 USD loss. but a lesson well learnt! ^^
