People need to think about why they need another $100 million when they already have $112.8 million in cash and cash equivalents and investments as reported in the last quarterly. Who are they buying? what are they funding this time? The price has stabilized right at the offering level and somebody is buying it up like crazy. The volume last Friday is clearly support, so someone wants shares at this level and lots of them.

A prime example was the purchase of Sweden-based Isconova AB last year, how many people saw that coming? The price is rebounding rapidly today, and you can bet there is going to be strength once documents start flowing out as to who purchased shares in the offering once it closes on the 11th, if they sold that entire block and the additional you can bet this will be on fire.
