TVIX is totally broken! VIX is up 4.38% this morning and TVIX is down 2%. What? I know TVIX doesn't track VIX precisely, but that isn't even close. TVIX should be up when VIX is up, especially by over 4%. If TVIX was tracking correctly, it should be up 8%, not down 2%.
