The product they do now is different now and if they would have done before takeover your comment has any value.

Before dispute they should have performed with TGG , they could not perform then & that is the reson why sold, it is a simple fact.

Also we do not know yet the current business profile so it has no meaning comparing , that too two different products.

At the same time their success shall be appreciated.
