Ultimate-I am baffled as well. First of all I cannot imagine that they need sixty days just to unbundle the consolidated statement. I cannot believe they don't already have this pulled together and have had it for some time.

I guess I missed the part that the bidding would still continue as scheduled. If the bidding would also be delayed then only thing I can think of is that they were trying to slow this up to discourage anyone that may be planning to come in with a higher bid to just lose interest and go away. If that is their ploy I don't think it will discourage Alda or anyone else that may be cosidering some sort of consortium effort.
