Where is the deal now ? The deal is IN ESCROW

From 5/30 PR (Second paragraph) "The firm is establishing an
ESCROW ACCOUNT for the FINAL CLOSING"

The deal is in escrow. WAKE UP people.
IT might be a few days delay, but it's in escrow and will be DONE.

QASP is a buy , a very strong buy.
