The Quarterly is not due till May 15th-so any issues regarding that are not a concern right now. Didn't everybody concerned here about AS sellout today,lol. I can't say what will happen about the SEC filing but if it comes and we are trading close to 2 cents or more we may only retreat back to 1 cents area but could rebound till Quarterly again where the actual OS will be looked at. The only issue is does JF say he needs AS for a major acquisition that could have investors thinking less negatively. Unlike the missteps of the last two days -they can't afford any more if they want to get money to expand-Selling shares for the company below a penny is a lose situation for everyone(except GG-they always win,lol).
