Hi,

Please do not take this the wrong way, and just as information from someone who origionally owned a large percentage of this company before the CEO stole back his shares. After the r/s of 1811 for 1, the company (CEO) wrote himself a golden ticket to covert a $50,000 loan repayment at 50% of the lowest closing price. Suprise Suprise the stock closed one day at 0.006, on like 100 shares!! Hmmm manipulation??? NOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO!! I personally invested $60,000 in this company over the coarse of 3 years and walked away loosing $48K. CEO loans company $50,000 from the $400K annual salary, forgives the debt, and VIOLA owns 92% of a company likely worth a few million now!!

Bottomline I would never trust the management of this company, but that being said probably going to $0.60 where they will cash in large and leave new investor holding bags for decades!!
