Was implying that WNTR may be planning a RS right before the July 31st dividend payout date. Why pay a $10M dividend when they could pay just $10K.
There would be more reassurance if the CEO said no RS in 2014 or at the very least not before the dividends are paid in full to shareholders on July 31st.
